Sanna’s Bio
Sanna is an enthusiastic agile advocate, who thinks that most problems are created and solved through communication. She has been working in the IT sector ever since graduating from university, focusing primarily on agile and Scrum methodologies since 2017.
To enhance communication—and make it more engaging—she began incorporating improvisation techniques into training, workshops, and meetings. Add to that her decade-long obsession with understanding herself and others, and you have the perfect recipe. She loves blending different approaches, always exploring what it means to be more human in the process.
