What personal information do we collect?
When you apply to become a participant, we will collect personal data as necessary to register you to the conference. We may ask you to provide us with additional information at a later stage, including but not limited to your participation in certain social activities/events. Personal data will be protected in line with General Data Protection Regulation standards and any other applicable law.
You can choose not to provide certain information or to have it deleted by reaching out to the organising committee. Should you wish to do so, it is important to note that we cannot guarantee that you would be able to make the most of your experience and we might not be able to accommodate certain requirements. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests and communicating with you.
We retain personal data to fulfill any legal or regulatory obligations and for legitimate purposes.
We will not save personal data for longer periods than required by law.
We use the information that you provide to us, including any personal information:
- To provide you with information about the conference and events relating thereto.
- To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
- In any other way, we may describe when you provide the information.
Unless required by law or courts of justice, we will not share or distribute any personal data without your consent.
