Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another individual.

Ticket Transfers

To transfer a ticket, please contact conference@district109.org or use the “contact the event organiser” link in your event confirmation email. You will need to provide:

1. Recipient’s name
2. Recipient’s contact information
3. Ticket code which should be trasferred
