
Margaret Mangion
Professor, Director at The Edward de Bono Institute
Prof. Margaret Mangion holds a Doctorate in Social Sciences from the University of Leicester, an MBA from Maastricht School of Management, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, and a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Malta. She is the Director and Senior Lecturer at The Edward de Bono Institute for Creative Thinking and Innovation at the University of Malta, where she has taught creativity, innovation, and leadership since 2012.
Prof. Mangion represents Malta as an ambassador for World Creativity and Innovation Week/Day events. In this role she coordinates various creativity-related incentives at the University of Malta and within the community. She is a Board Member and Secretary of the International Society for the Study of Creativity and Innovation (ISSCI), and holds memberships with the Possibility Studies Ntwork, the American Psychological Association (APA), The Society for Neuroscience of Creativity (SfNC), The Serendipity Society, and the Malta Chamber of Commerce.
To complement her academic background she has considerable experience in the public and private sector in Malta and employment at a global Blue-Chip company in England.
Prof. Mangion’s speech will focus on creative and critical thinking in communication.
