How You Can Help
Online Volunteering
- Zoom Support: Assist with the online feed for virtual attendees.
- PR Support: Help promote the event, create content, and share posts on social media.
In-Person Volunteering
- General Help: Set up and look after the main hall and workshop rooms.
- Technical Help: Set up video recording equipment and handle microphones.
- Registration & Infodesk: Welcome attendees, assist with registration, and provide information.
- Workshop & Keynote Support: Assist workshop leaders and support keynote speakers.
- Social Activities: Help organize social activities on May 15th.
Contest Roles
Contests are a crucial part of every conference, and we want to make them a great experience for everyone involved. We are looking for dedicated role-takers to help ensure contests run smoothly.
