Terms and Conditions

By purchasing any of the tickets available, you agree to be bound by the below terms and conditions.

1. Tickets sales:
   • Registration is only considered complete once the participation fee has been paid and the participant has received an email confirmation.
   • All ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to flight cancellations, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
   • Tickets may be transferred to other persons, provided that the transfer only becomes valid once the registration form is updated through the website, and the registration manager confirms the transfer upon notification of such change. Any payments relating to such transfers must be settled between the individuals concerned, and the conference organizers will not get involved.
2. Liability:
   • By registering for the conference and, or any of the events relating thereto, including the social programme, you agree to indemnify and not hold liable Toastmasters International, District 109, and Toastmasters Malta as well as any organizing team members, volunteers and third parties from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your attendance.
3. Event Cancellation:
   • In the event that the conference is canceled, the conference organizers, including but not limited to Toastmasters International, District 109 and Toastmasters Malta will not be held liable for compensation for any expenses incurred, such as travel or accommodation.
4. Event Changes:
   • We reserve the right to make changes to the conference program, speakers, or venue. Follow our social media pages for updates.
5. Conduct:
   • You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times during the conference and any events relating thereto. Should you engage in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour you may be asked to leave. No refunds will be issued.
6. Governing Law:
   • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any conflicts that may arise will be settled accordingly.
