Naza is a Certified Solution Focused Coach, Licensed NLP Practitioner and member of Design Thinking Institute Malaysia.
He is currently the Head of Culture Management in Downstream Business at a Fortune 500 Company.
Apart from his passion in culture change, he is also a passionate Toastmasters members since his university days. Over the past decade, he has served as Toastmasters International District officer, club coach and mentor. He is also a six-times District 51 Contest finalist including 2012/2013 Speech Evaluation Champion.
Naza graduated from Keio University, Tokyo with a Bachelor degree in Economics.
