Fursey has been an educator his entire life. He has conducted trainings on educational curriculum, theater techniques, and the Gallup StrengthsFinder Personality Assessment. He has been an administrator and Theatre teacher for over 30 years both in Texas and China. Currently, he is both Co-Principal and Theater Teacher at Hangzhou International School, China.

He is passionate about using the power of words to inspire others to reach their greatest potential. He has spoken to audiences of all ages both in person and online. His messages have reached people in India, Kenya, China, France, Mauritius, and around the United States.

A Toastmaster for just over 3 years, Fursey reached the Semi-Finals of the World Championship of Public Speaking in 2020. In August of 2021, he earned District 25’s Toastmaster of the Year Award.
