My experience with executive coaching reveals to me the need for leaders' to find support on their networking understanding and skill. Most of the time people network intuitively, but leaders need to go beyond intuition when it comes to networking.

Harvard Business Review reveals 3 forms of networking in which the last one rarely practiced among leaders. Operational, personal, and strategic networking. We will work on strategic networking through this session.

Participants will get the time-tested tips and tricks of networking, from my extensive experiences as a global networker. They will dive into what networking really is, how to build their own network, how to cultivate and nurture it… What to do and what not to, personal stories and examples will shed light on their own networking path.

The attributes of a good networker will be explained, and their level of awareness will be heightened.
