Nilda joined Toastmasters in 2017 in Geneva and she has covered several roles since then, as VPE, Club President and Club Coach. She first joined Toastmasters for the network, now she stays to continuously sharpen her tools. She wishes for clubs and their members to allow their voice to be heard and this is the perfect playground for it.

Area Director in Division D (Switzerland West) since July 2021, Nilda is a resource for 4 clubs in Geneva. She aims to continuously identify room for growth for the clubs to remain healthy with a strong and dynamic leadership while being a link to the District, for club leaders to keep the stamina of their desire to become better communicators despite the ambient fear.

In her daily life she trains international executives to get paid, promoted and recognised in the boardroom. "Be the change you want to see" (M. Gandhi) is one of my favorite quotes, this means to me: if what you want doesn't exist, speak it into being, create it and believe in it.
