Alexander Pearl, ACB, ALB, has been an active member of Vienna Speakers Club since 2016. He has served as VPM, VPE, Club President, DLC member and Club Sponsor, and won District 109's International Speech Contest in 2021 and represented our district at the Region 10 semifinals
